That difference decides everything we do. It is why we put ice and water shield in valleys where other crews use felt, why we insist on balanced attic ventilation so the deck dries from the inside, and why we will not touch an asphalt roof with a pressure washer no matter how much faster it would be.
What we believe about pricing
One written price, given after somebody has actually walked the roof, covering everything including tear-off and disposal. If we open the roof and find rotten decking, we show it to you and charge the per-sheet rate you already agreed to. Nothing appears on day three that was not on page one.
What we believe about selling
If your roof has eight good years left, we will tell you it has eight good years left. Maintenance is a smaller invoice than replacement, and the customers who trust us on the small job are the ones who call us for the big one later. That is the whole strategy.

Before You Hire
Yes, all three. We carry general liability and workers compensation, and we will send the certificates along with your quote if you want to see them before we start.
Our own crews do the roofing. We are on site, we are accountable for the work, and the person who quoted your job is reachable while it is being done.
Two separate ones: the manufacturer warranty on the material, and our workmanship warranty on the install. We explain the term for both in writing before you sign anything.
Long enough to know that moss is the real enemy here, that the leak over the kitchen is usually the chimney flashing, and that pressure washing an asphalt roof is a way to sell a second roof.
